Tank material: Steel plate 304, the thickness of the shell is 4mm approx.
Dish ends and bulkhead: Dished and flanged, steel plate 304, thickness are 4.5mm approx, and baffles are 4.5mm approx, steel plate 304.
Shape of tank: Ellipse, double "D".
Plate dealing: Outer surface painted according to the customer's requirement.
Test pressure designed: 72kpa.
TANK ACCESSORIES AND FITTINGS:
One 20" diameter manhole per compartment, made in CHINA rounded type with filling port and ventilation.
The outlet is fixed on the lowest part of each compartment, The 4" stainless steel pipe line is terminated with a 4" ball valve and 4" camlock coupling, with dust cap (made in CHINA). Which lies to right middle of the tanker.
At the rear of the tank, a detachable ladder is provided.
Stainless steel walkway is installed on top of the tank made of antiskid plate.
Handrail, fixed on the top of tank and can be used to rise and drop.
To protect tank from accidents, tank rear far end projection is more than 150 mm in front of the rear bumper of the chassis.
Side protection of the rectangular hollow c. Steel deams to be constructed at the both sides of the trailer; To protect the trailer from against accidents.
One toolbox is fixed on the left side of the tank.
Pumping system: Non.
Expansion valve: Non.
Measurement ruler: Non.
Two dry powder fire extinguisher of 8kg and bracket: Non.
OTHER FITTINGS
One external hose carries circle shaped with small doors, 4.3 miters long.
One discharge hose, Diameter 4of 4 meters, 4female coupling at one end.
Two wheel holders with carries.
Fender: Steel material.
Technical data plate including chassis no, dead weight, year of manufacturing etc. To be fitted.
