pneumatic planter is intended for single-seed sowing of graded and ungraded seeds of corn, sunflower, castor oil plant, sorghum, soya beans, and also seeds of stern beans, haricot beans, and lupine with simultaneous, separate from seeds, introducing granulated mineral fertilizers and soil pressing in rows.
Precision planters provide seeding into the bottom of the furrow without manpower while forming necessary interval between plants.
Each marker is operated independently and has a separate hydraulic ram.
The semitrailer planter is completed with a transport unit that makes it possible to move the planter along the roads without using additional transportation means.

For creating precise rarefaction that is necessary for seeding heavy grains of legume crops (soya and others) the fan is equipped with the additional airflow pipe that ensures airflow stabilization along the full length of receiver and guarantees precise seeding in each section.

On the planter, the sowing section of True-V construction with shaped press wheels and a coulter-blade are used. The seed distributor is inbuilt into the carcass of the sowing section that excludes the load effect of operating tools construction elements. Depth wheel equalizer control reduces labor efforts during adjustment.
The V-shaped press wheels with adjustable width of covering and pressing the soil, provide drafting moisture into the zone of sowing, pressing seeds into the soil, but for all that, leaving not pressed soil layer over the seeding material that helps ensure good germination.
For the work on untilled soil, the sowing section is equipped with a coulter-blade, which carves the soil for further preparing of the seedbed. While entering the soil, the disc ripple-edges are located perpendicular to the soil surface that maximally increases blading ability at the minimum of the required pressure. Leaving the soil, the disc ripple-edges are located across the soil surface that prevents the moist soil adhesion. The coulter-blade ensures better soil stratification at the minimum effort for pressing crop residues into the soil with the speed from 3,0 to 10,0 km/h. Due to such disc construction, the strip of mellowed soil is formed just in front of the sowing section.
A fertilizing device is added as an option consisting of fertilizer distributors, openers, gear box and a drive. The planterconstruction permits removing and installing the device.
The quantity of grains falling from the box into the sowing camera is regulated by a slide. The collar spare seeds expeller provides precise single-seed sowing. The agitator, established on the sowing disc, facilitates better suction of seeds to the disc openings and improves quality of sowing.
The planter is equipped with "Niva 23" seed control system.
For the rapid removal of grains from the seed distributor camera, the unloading hatchway is provided.
The chain shift mechanism of the seed distributor has 15 ratios.
The gearshift mechanism of the fertilizer distributor has 12 ratios.
The distinguishing feature of the planter is that seeding is provided practically in the zone of depth wheels of the seeding section; thus, soil roughness completely stops influencing the seeding depth.
Inspection door ensures visual control over the work quality of the seed distributor.
The telescopic hitch construction enables to reduce overall width of the planter during transportation.
